Sell-through & fan-out

Of the demand we create, how much actually sells — and how many times? The North Star is 100% sell-through, ~3 buyers each. This page is where that fails: which categories don't clear, and whether the never-sell hardcore is shrinking.

Why requirements don't clear — supply depth by category

This week. Low sell-through isn't a blanket lead-quality problem — it's concentrated by category. Mobile, with 38 matching resellers, clears 78% of its requirements; broadband/WAN (9 resellers) manages 33%; IoT (5) and landline sell nothing. So what: the requirements that don't clear are the newer, higher-value ones — broadband and IoT — which are exactly the categories rising in composition. This is a supply-depth gap, not a demand or quality gap, and the action is a targeted supply-acquisition requirement for those categories — not more resellers in general, and not a coverage number that says "86% covered" while IoT clears zero. · AI stub

Sell-through mix — is the never-sell hardcore growing?

This week. The never-sell band has come down — from 16 of 18 in spring to about 10 of 20 now — but it has flatlined for the last two months, which is why sell-through's climb has stalled around 50%. There's still essentially no '3+' band, so no buyer concentration is building. So what: the concern isn't a rotting mix, it's a plateaued never-sell hardcore — half the week's demand still goes unbought and the improvement has stopped. As the category table shows, that stuck band is the thin-supply categories. · AI stub
