Market · Overview

Market is where demand behaves — where the requirements Customer produces get bought, clear against supply, and either pay back more than they cost or don't. This is the marketplace over Monday cornflakes, and this week it doesn't yet pay back: we spend about £75 to manufacture a requirement that earns £30 in lead sales, a return ratio of 0.41×. The cause is thinness on both counts — only ~half of requirements sell a single lead, and at 0.37 fresh briefs per active reseller there isn't enough demand to feed the resellers we've signed. The lever is more demand, not more spend. The scorecard, then how we got there, then the headline for each area.
